THE STORY SO FAR . . .
I have always loved science fiction; the mystery of the stars and beyond have captivated me since childhood. When it comes to the inspiration of my own work, it's very simple: the work of Isaac Asimov is the foundational knowledge, the worlds of my favorite video games and books are the creative muse, and the rest I build from dreams and wonder.

Born in Budapest, Hungary to a family of artists, David came to the United States as a refugee following the collapse of the Iron Curtain and the end of the Cold War. An avid writer and reader since early childhood, David started writing short stories and poetry in 1st grade despite English being his second language. He ended up publishing several of his works in school papers, constantly earning high marks and recognition in academia for his writing skills.

He graduated from the University of Washington in 2010. Following a creative hiatus and the COVID Pandemic of 2020, David returned to focus on writing and poetry in 2024 with several ongoing projects.

David is an advocate for "ethical AI" as a creative tool to help enrich the work of artists both as contributors and as users; he believes strongly in the positive potential impact it can have on artists with disabilities and the creative community.
